You bet you can!
I use my slow cooker as much in the summer as I do in the fall or winter. It saves energy, keeps the kitchen cool and helps you get dinner on the table in no time at all.
Using an internet search engine check out all the websites that offer slow cooker recipes for the summer. You will be amazed at what you can serve from the slow cooker.
